WARNING!!!

An electric wheelchair was purchased from Allied Home Medical in September of 2008. It stopped working in April of 2009. I've called several times to get it repaired by the company since it is still under warranty. The repair date has been changed several times by the company without notice. My disabled mother desperately needs her chair and I've expressed this to them several times. I've left messages with Brian, the General Manager, he has not returned my call. Customer service is horrible. They basically don't care about our situation at this time since they have already been paid by Medicare.
