Since 2004, Novid Surgical has been the US Distributor for the FISSO line of articulated arms serving the healthcare market. Novid specializes in providing articulated arm products and services to the domestic healthcare OEM market with a long list of satisfied customers. From its origins in 1958 as a precision machining accessory, the FISSO product did not enter widespread use in the healthcare sector until 1983. Since then, it has become the standard to which all other manufacturers have aspired. FISSO is known worldwide as the originator of the 2-arm segment, three jointed arm and is recognized as the finest of its kind.
