Quality and Value, Every Aisle, Every Day! Offerle Apothecary, Inc. was started by Joseph Offerle R Ph, in July 1977. In September 1980, we extended our prescription services and started Medical Dental Home Health Care, specializing in Durable Medical Equipment/Medical Supplies. In July 2002, the prescription business closed but we maintained Medical Dental Home Health Care. In October 2004, Cindy (Offerle) Wright joined Offerle Apothecary, Inc. to co-own the company with her father. In November of 2008 we moved to an expanded location and changed our doing business name to M-D Choice Medical Supply. In January of 2011, Cindy Wright purchased the remainder of the company from her father.
