Our primary goal is to provide our families with the highest level of service in providing their medical equipment needs and support. From enrollment to order delivery, our support staff will communicate and coordinate with your family to ensure you have what you need, when you need it. Our Care Coordinators will call monthly to confirm and streamline the delivery of supplies. Our Point-of-Care Specialists deliver and assemble equipment, they’re available for in-home training on equipment, and they’re on-call for assistance with emergency equipment maintenance.
