  “I am having an awful experience with this business. I have been trying to get my CPAP Supplies sent to me for weeks now. They encounter issues with entering health insurance information and say they’ll call back but never do. Once I was told that they’d contact me after their lunch. Again, I’ve heard nothing back from them. I would expect more professionalism coming from a business working in the medical field since people rely on these supplies for their health / well being.”

  “We found customer service friendly, delivery timely, and supplies great. But heaven forbid you have an issue with their billing because they do not know how to do that properly. My insurance tells me part of it is covered yet somehow they can't get it right. Short version is we've found they become a collection agency and will not help with resolving your complaint. Not bright people in their billing section, at least not any we've dealt with.”
