    “Took a prescription in on a Monday, was told it would be ready Wednesday. Went back Wednesday and was told it would be ready Friday. Called Friday morning and was told it would be ready after 3 PM. Went back at 3:15 PM and they couldn't find it. 90 miles of driving and still don't have the medicine.”
